Dan Wells, PE

Project Manager/Mechanical Engineer

Dan has been working with us as a project manager and mechanical engineer since October 2022. He graduated with his bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Case Western Reserve University and has been working in industry since 2005. He’s an expert in composites manufacturing, robotics, machine design, manufacturing process development, and project management. His work has made significant contributions to both aircraft design and composites manufacturing in the aerospace industry.

Dan is very passionate about solving challenging problems in his job, and he loves the way Perellion solves hard challenges: through collaboration and building lasting relationships with our customers.

When he’s not at work, Dan loves being out on Puget Sound with his family in their vintage Grand Banks trawler, named Cecilia, and improving his woodworking skills to keep Cecilia afloat. He also plays trombone with the North Seattle Symphonic Band and tries to get his son to practice piano, which he usually enjoys.
